Is it possible to control notifications for each device? I have a set of cameras, and I set up my parents with a few that I have admin access to. They like to know about each squirrel that crosses their yard so they have their front door camera sensitivity cranked. This sends a million notifications that drive me nuts. Anything I can do?

You can set up the notification on your phone device, but for the camera setting, only the main account can control that, and all the guest devices will received the same notification.
