Not complaining just asking...Power Users

So I am only curious because it happened to me once before, the system like got jammed and would not show me new products for Power Users, had to email support. Is it me or is it the New Year?

As per @AnkerOfficial in Sept last year;

Discount codes are now favoured in place of actual samples. Beta’s or sample’s are normally offered directly.

If you have not been showing any discount codes, which depending on region there has been several, drop marketing@anker.com an email so Rosa and the team can check if there is anything wrong with your PU account.

In the past it can be anything from a few days to a few weeks. If you’ve not heard anything after three weeks, drop a email to the address above and the team will be able to assist.

There was a temp closure in Oct 2018, before they brought it back online mainly for discount codes with betas or samples offered directly to power user members. The link goes into more detail…

Oh yea. I did see discount codes after that. Didn’t use one but I haven’t seen them since.
