No sound on Google Nest Max

Hi I purchased the wireless doorbell for 90 year father

The first one didn’t I got a replacement the second on is all setup it works via my phone and the best max but neither the phone or the nest do not have two way audio

While I cannot speak for the doorbell or the app, I do now you need to enable and setup the doorbell in your Google home account and configure it to work with the Max. There is also a communicate button you press to talk to the other person.
