Hey, I bought the soundcore 2 from amazon not so long ago. After a few days doesn’t turn on, has no sound, no leds, doesn’t seem to charge at all. I decided to open it up to see if something was wrong and I noticed that what seems to be the processor and connections for the left speaker heat up real fast when I plug in the charger…Advice?

Hey @Rian_Armstrong shame you had problems.
Personally, as the item isn’t very old, you should have registered a warranty claim with Anker or sent it back to Amazon.
Now you’ve opened it you may have lost your opportunity for a warranty claim.
