You said this time you was going to release to the UK at the same time as the US unlike the doorbell that still isn’t available so where is it?
US even has pictures & we have plain text, why the bias? Same language so you can’t use that excuse!

The floodlight has not been released in the UK market and the estimated releasing date will happen in Q4, 2019.

Sorry for the confusion. Whether a product can be released as scheduled, it is subject to many factors. Such as factory delivery time, pre-factory inspection, and international transportation, and so on. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a time to market.
But when it released in the UK, we will make an announcement in the community.
