Nebula mars 2 keeps reseting by itself

My nebula is keeping reseting by itself,
I successfully did a factory recovery by it does the same thing. By the time is back on is restarying.
Any suggestions?

Mine also started doing this.
I’ve hardly used the device but it’s now 6 month out of warranty.
I really need some fixes to try and get it working.

Has anker support been any help?

I would hate to waste the $550 and to landfill this device after so few uses.
It’s in perfect condition so I’m sure anker could help.
