We have recently purchased a Nebula Capsule, and after the disappointing start with the Netflx app and lack of Chromecast we decided to plugin our Amazon Fire TV into the HDMI port. I noticed that using an HDMI device there are audio sync issues. I tried pluggin in our Android TV into the HDMI port, but experienced the same audio sync issue. Other than returning the device to a refund, does anyone have a solution for this issue? The Capsule 2 and Max aren’t available here in New Zealand, so a refund is our only option.
