Just received an Apollo and it works fine using the included AC adapter but the charging light stays red after being plugged in for 12 hours and wont turn on if unplugged. Guessing its defective but wanted an opinion before I returned it. TY

You should reach out to Nebula Support support@seenebula.com to get details, possibly defective, to get it replaced via Nebula (or to the original seller)
