Moving a Eufy system from one house to another with no ethernet

Hi Everybody!

I’m doing a Eufy installation for a house that has no ethernet, only wifi. I’m doing the initial setup at my place using ethernet, switch the homebase to wifi connection and take all the gear to the actual house and then connect to the wifi that they have. Is there something that I should know while doing this and is this scenario even possible?

Based on the scenario you have mentioned, the only way I can see this working would be if you completed the Ethernet to WIFi setup at your location using identical SSID’s and passwords of the actual location where they will be permanently based.

It would be best for troubleshooting and to save possible time if Ethernet could be used briefly at the actual house for setup (directly into the back of the WIFI router).
