Mars Nebula II died and promos coming up?

Hi, my Mars Nebula II just died. The fan still kicks in but nothing else will power on. I was thinking about upgrading to the Pro version - are there any promos coming up?

Thanks for bringing this case to our attention.

For the Mars 2, could you please try the following steps to see if any difference could be made?

  1. Charge the Mars 2 to full capacity
  2. Keep it plugged in and use a pin to plug into the reset hole for 3-5 seconds
  3. Slide down the lens with a little bit harder force

As for Mars 2 Pro, we currently don’t have promotions. Sorry that we don’t have that information in advance as well. We would recommend you keep an eye on our website as well as Amazon listing so that you could catch up one when available.
