The microphones are work very improper way like on call they send more surrounding sounds than the person’s voice and those surrounding sounds are more louder than the speaker’s voice

If it were only outside, that would make sense. It’s very difficult to only pick up the persons voice outside, due to winds and other “nature sounds”. But if it’s inside too, than it’s not right.
My liberty air do a great job at just picking up my voice, outside and inside.
