Just got Mars 2. ? Amazon Prime

Hi, just got delivery of my Mars 2 and it will not fire up Amazon Prime Video from the app. I use apple iOS on my phone, but should that affect the use on the Mars? Help please

There is a software update for the Mars II, run it and then try to see if you can use the app

Hi, Thanks for reply I checked on software and says it has the latest version. It comes up with ‘this version requires google services. What’s that mean?
