issues to connect to my pan and tilt cams via 4G/5G cellular network.

I am reaching out to all of you to see if more people are experiencing issues to connect to their pan and tilt eufy cams via a cellular network. (4G / 5G)

A lot of times I cant connect to these cameras via the eufy security app on my iPhone when I am on the 4G/5G cellular network.
Both cameras are connected via a stable Wi-Fi network at my house ….
I also have a eufy doorbell cam and a eufy cam 2K wich I can view without any issues via the cellular network.
so it seems its only related to both pan and tilt cams… anyone have any suggestions what might be the issue?
