Issue with the Anker Keyboard 'Z' key

Hi,

I bought 2 Anker keyboard one about a year ago and the other since last week. I have been using the one from last year without any issues until about 2 days ago when the keyboard started to disconnect and reconnect by pressing the ‘Z’ key.

I have searched for the past 2 days but I cannot find any solution to this problem.

Can someone please tell me how I can resolve this issue??

The z key and function keys is how you are able to pair the keyboard and your device. If you are unpairing, you may have a faulty function key or z key, I would look over the keyboard and make sure it’s clear of any debris and the keys are not sticking. Try a fresh pairing of the device by deleting it and repairing to see if that helps.

If all else fails, send support@anker.com a message with the issue you are having, make sure to include your order number/receipt, serial number of the keyboard and the steps you have taken to try and remedy the problem.
