Is powercore + 20100 cant activate fast charging on note 8

Hi anker community… would like to ask why my note 8 doesnt show fast charging instead its only a cable charging… however when i connect to my samsung fastcharging outlet. the difference was 7 min faster than the powercore+ on cablecharging notification…

How can u activate the fast charging capability of ANKER powercore+ to my NOTE 8?

Hi @allan_tagulao, sorry to inform you that PowerCore+ 20100 USB-C is incapable of fast charging your Note8.

You’ll need something like PowerCore+ 19000 PD.

If fast charging via a brick only beats the powerbank by 7 mins, then I think you’re doing well.
