What iphone do you have? It is known that older models drop out if support for being able to play back these types of videos
This also happened to me. I have been using the Eufy HomeBase 2 with several eufyCam 2C Pro cameras for several months with no issues. Then on January12th, 2021, I started receiving this message when trying to view clips and live feeds within the eufy Security app on my iPhone 6 and mini iPad 2. I realize that it is a known issue that older phones have drop outs, but I’ve never had any problems until yesterday. Message: Your phone does not support high compression quality video coding format. please change the setting.
