Internet deisconnection of my hombase 2

Hello to everybody
I bought recently an eufycam 2C kit with 2 cameras and an homebase 2.
I configured them and it was very easy.
I connect my homebase 2 with an ethernet cable directly to my router .
At my first use the homebase and the cameras sand a notification to update their firmware.
I made it without any problems and configure my homekit installation ( i’m an appel addict).
Since the beginning my homebase lose frequently ( several times per hour) the connection with a led passing from blue to red, i looking for in my homebase configuration and my router . ihaven’t seen any trouble .

does any one have already seen this problem and in this case does anyone have the solution.
I try to contact the eufy hotline but without any success
