I’ve recently been noticing an issue to when I’m playing a PS4 game, Sekiro, my sound bar keeps turning off while actively playing. I’ve tried unplugging and plugging it back in for a hard reset, but it seems to keep happening. I’ve come to the conclusion as it is thinking it is not receiving audio when it is actually receiving audio. I’m not sure what to do, but maybe see if I can get a replacement. Could it be the HDMI cable it came with? Any more tips are welcomed. Oh I’m also connected through the ARC into my Samsung The Frame TV.
