I just purchased three EufyCam 2 cameras and the base station

It says that my cameras need to be updated but when I choose “update” it just spins forever and doesn’t update. How can I get them updated?

The camera just shows updating with the circle animation for over 10 min. I have tried updating with it plugged into the home base via usb and it still was the same result
