How much better are touch controls on liberty air than neo/lite?

I’ve heard that the air has more extensive touch controls, what do they mean by this?

The touch controls are way better then actual buttons. No more shoving the earbuds into your ears trying to pause the music, it just takes a light tap.

If you have are solely picking based on the controls, i would get the liberty air.

But I’ve heard the neo has better sound
