How can i factory reset my Capsule Projector pro

When I turn on the projector, it just oops the nebula logo again and again…can not run it normal…

Hi @Del_Kong sorry to hear of your issues. I can’t recall seeing any instructions for doing a hard factory reset for the Capsule line so you would be best contacting support@seenebula.com with your issue and any troubleshooting steps taken so far, for assistance under your warranty…

To do a hard reset on any anchor product normally involves one of the volume buttons and the power button for about 10 seconds but I am unsure on the exact reset procedure.
