Homebase2 (& cams) will not connect to Homekit.... Time to return it?

As the title (and multiple other posts state), our new Eufycam2 hub and cameras simply will NOT connect to Homekit.

We’ve gone through all the steps, set it up using the Eufy app just to verify functionality, reset it, moved it to different power & ethernet spots, all to no avail.

Homekit functionality is a must. Has anyone found a way around this issue before I pack this up and ship it back?
