Homebase won’t connect to the internet

On my 3rd home base. red light stays on. modem firewall off, dhcp enabled, diagnostics show lan connection is 100mbps on port homebase is connected to. Shows packets been sent and received via lan port.
Last home base took several days to connect to the internet.
have restarted router and home base
reason i’m on my 3rd home base is because it would go offline sporadically. usually after i received an alert that motion had been detected.

Sounds like you’re in a right pickle there.
Being on your 3rd HomeBase would suggest it’s something else on the network and not the Homepage.
