Homebase White Led flashing to Red then back again

I have a Eufy Cam Homebase and the last few days the LED has been going from the white solid light to combined white/red to red then back again…

I have reset the homebased and reformatted the SD card and its still happening…

Is the homebase saying anything about losing internet connection? I know this happens when our internet goes out. It goes from white to red as the homebase intents to re-establish itself. Anyway, try connecting a different cable from router to homebase or reboot router. If using homebase wireless then reboot your router, check if problem goes away.

Doesn’t say anything about the connection , I’ve rebooted router - using wireless and even tried the ethernet cable and still does the same thing…

white led comes on and after a while (could be 5mins or hrs) the red/white then red led comes on the back to the white led.

YIKES! At this point I would be contacting support@eufylife.com I have not had the same issue you are facing. Hope you find a solution.
