I’ve just bought a battery doorbell cam and a Homebase 2! Buzzin to set it up, but the Homebase 2 has a constant red light. Unable to reset it nothing happens!
Contacted support but not heard anything back yet since I sent my proof back.
Has anyone had issues like this before? Been on hold for 2 hours, got cut off then an hour then a got fed up !
Not sure how to fix it, or is it a replacement a need?
