My home base doesn’t connect and the blue light doesn’t appear.
I Tried to do several thing in order to fix it according to your support website but nothing worked.
I Copied the following link to my computer that is connected with the same network with my Homebase to see if I could see your IP address “220.127.116.11” but I got another ip address.

What should I do in order to fix it?
