It would be best to contact support@seenebula.com so they can arrange a warranty replacement if needed. The community here is also happy to try and help, but we’ll need some more information:
- Which projector do you have?
- Do the lines appear all the time or only in certain apps?
- Adding a picture of the issue would help as well. Thanks!
