HDMI not working with 13-in-1 USB-C and MacBook Pro

I just bought a new MacBook Pro, along with a PowerExpand 13-in-1 USB-C dock. I connected both and some ports work fine (USB, SD card slot, etc.), but none of the two HDMI monitors get any signal. I tried the monitors with a different, smaller USB-C hub and they work fine with it. ¿Any suggestions?

I found out what the problem was: in my case, I was using the USB-C cable that came with the MacBook to connect with the dock. I hadn’t seen the gray cable that was included in the box with the dock, but once I replaced the Apple cable with the Ankor one, the HDMI ports in the dock worked fine.
