Google Play app on Nebula Capsule?

I’m in Australia and have just purchased Nebula Capsule model D4111. We can’t use the online streaming service Stan, and have been advised Google Play is needed. Can you please advise how to install this app? I’ve searched online forums and believe I need to enter a password through the Settings menu (Android Version sub menu). Many thanks, Anita
