I completely agree with everyone else. I’ve had so few problems with Anker products and I’ve bought lots of them.

Agreed. I had a cord that I lost temporarily that had messed up about six month in but found it recently. I procrastinated til about 5 days ago til warranty went out. I emailed support and have a new cord as of today after 2 days of emailing.
