Hi,
I want to update the firmware of my Anker PowerConf. Unfortunately the update tool available in the support section (for MacOS 10.12+) cannot be verified by Catalina 10.15.5.
Is there a newer version of the update tool compatible with MacOS Catalina 10.15.5 available?

Here are the firmware updating steps for your reference:
1, Install Soundcore app on your phone(can be downloaded directly from the app store of your phone)
2, Connect your phone with PowerConf via Bluetooth.
3, Find PowerConf on Soundcore app via Speaker>More>PowerConf
4, Click Update firmware>Download to start upgrading
5, It takes 3-5 minutes to complete the installation. While installing, please make sure your phone is well connected with the speakerphone, and please don’t play music or make phone calls.
5, When the installation completed, the speakerphone will restart automatically, please wait another 3-5 minutes.
6, You could check the new firmware version(should be V26.48) by pressing down the ”Bluetooth“and “Play” button simultaneously or on the Soundcore app.
