My Wired Doorbell does not update to latest firmware. Have restarted device a number of times and tried manual push from mobile. Any help?

Interesting, I just tried on mine iphone app and it says ‘failed’. I tried several times and then it finally started downloading the update. I did go out and then go back in. Maybe I just got lucky.
