Eufycam manual alarm

Hello. I bought the Eufycam a few weeks ago and I’m still learning how to use it.
My problem is the alarm on the camera keeps going off every time it gets triggered. I go in and turn it off but it keeps turning itself on again!
How do I disable the manual alarm altogether?

@bla3 I take it this is the anti theft detection alarm? Is the camera secure and/or in a position where strong wind could be activating the alarm?

Maybe there is a setting that will stop it from turning itself on
