Eufycam homebase no WAN internet connection

For days now I cannot access my EUFY over WAN connnection. Can only access via LAN. The homebase does have a WAN connection and WAN IP address which is pingable.

Is this a problem with the latest firmware or EUFY’s servers? Have not been able to troubleshoot. Does anyone else have this problem?

Can’t say I’ve had any issues, have you tried a reboot of your Homebase and WIFI / ISP router?

Yes - no luck.

From behaviour it looks to me like ddns lookup is failing (I am assuming the service must register it’s public IP with anker server?).

Solved - data saver setting in Android was killing the connection :grimacing:
