One of my eufyCam E’s isn’t charging. Camera is about 15 months old and has been charged once before.
Camera is down into the orange zone, so it still has power, but when connected to the base or a computer USB port the camera does not recognize that it is connected, isn’t charging, the LED light does not light up on the camera and in the app the camera does not show as charging. Any ideas? Because the USB cord has a narrow plastic plug head to fit into the camera, I don’t have other cords to try but the cord is clearly fully inserted.

The charging cable is std micro size, i would try another cable 1st, I’m sure a family or friend will have one laying about, failing that there very inexpensive and can purchased almost anywhere.
