Can someone assist please, I’ve set up my camera in HomeKit, it shows up ok, and works fine in the Eufy security app. But the live feed in HomeKit is not working, it is recording clips when it detects movement etc but one the live feed it’s just spinning and trying to connect.

Any suggestions?

Never used a homebase.

My only though is how far is camera from your homebase.
