Eufy Security command (routines) in Google Home App

Dear Customer Service,
When connet with Google Home App you can armed the system to Away mode if you are currently in Disarmed Mode, but we cannot change from Away to Disarmed Mode or Home Mode via Google Home Assistant?
Says “currently cameras are working and cannot change be changed”.
Any helpful suggestions!
