Eufy has an event going on for RoboVac owners on eufyHome App. If you have a eufy Robovac and connected it to EufyHome app, you will find the event in Notifications section

2. Click on Win a Gift, enter your name, email and address for gift delivery (if you win)

I downloaded and checked the app but nothing under notifications.
I’m not 100%, but i think you need tto have a suitable product registered on the app to see applicable notifications.

I have the RoboVac 15C Max. Nothing under my notification.
I installed the EufyHome app like a week ago.

If its not too much of a hassle, may be contact Eufy support (simple one liner email to support@eufylife.com with link for this thread and robovac product you own and email address for your EufyHome app) and they may enable the event for you. (worth a try!!) , then leave a review on eufylife site :slight_smile: (which you already have with you)

Not many know about this event, so chances are very very high of winning, I anyway needed this accessory kit for my Astroboy :slight_smile:

I’ve emailed Eufy support so many times in the past 2 weeks. They might hate me if I keep bugging them.

The Eufy is a great cleaner. We have a small dog and two teenagers and we run it about 3 times a week and it always does a great job. I highly recommend this Robovac for all cleaning.

They confirmed it US only and didn’t elaborate any further.
