Eufy no longer connecting to WiFi

We have a Eufy Robovac 30C, it’s been working fine for a few months since we got it in August. The EufyHome app successfully set it up and connected it to WiFi.

Today when launching the Eufy app (v2.5.1) today I was still logged in but the device was no longer registered. I then went through the process of trying to add a new device both automatically and manually but it will no longer connect to the WiFi. Our WiFi is 2.4GHz.
I’ve also tried resetting the Eufy by holding the button down for 10s until the beep but this makes no difference.

What could be the problem? Could it be related to the AWS outage over the last couple of days?

After trying many times, eventually just leaving the connecting screen open for about 5 minutes it eventually connected.
