I just got the Eufy doorbell replaced as it is not charging. Now with the new one… it stopped charging and battery is at 59%… is this correct?
It does not make any sense to me that the Eufy doorbell is not charging to 90%+ on the first go?
Again I had an electrician certifying the connection so I think the problem is most likely to do with Eufy?
