I’m on my second Eufy doorbell. I had to return and replace the first one due to audio issues. I could hear the person at the bell but they couldn’t hear me. The audio works as expected on the replacement but when there is movement detected and I get an alert, it then takes at lease 5 minutes before that clip is visible in the Events section of the App (Android). With my first version, I recall they were available almost instantly. Any ideas?
