Had 5 eufy 2c cams for about a month now and not superimpressed with the pic quality
So downloaded some og the footage to my mac and noticed the resolution is only 1280x720
I have adressed this to support 10 days ago still waiting for an answer
Has anyone else noticed this? Supposed to be 1080p abd not 720p

Yes, the eufycam 2C does support the 1080P.

Yes I had the same issue. Had to remove the device and re add the affected cameras - it then worked in 1080p!
For me it was my eufycam 2’s but my 2C’s were ok.
How do you solve this problem？My camera only records 720P
