Eufy 2C cam won't turn on, brand new

Brand new camera out of box, blue light won’t come on, press sync 5x, flashes once then nothing. Anyone had this before?

Please let us know:

  • If you had tried charging the camera with a 5V/2A or 9V/2A USB charger and cable.
  • If you can hear a beep when you press the sync button on the camera.
  • If the LED light turns to red when you charge the camera.

To apply for a warranty claim, please provide us with the following information to support@eufylife.com:

  1. The serial number (SN) of your camera. You can get it in the app, via side menu>camera name>device info.

  2. Your current shipping address

  3. The order invoice or receipt from your original purchase

1/ I’ve been charging with cable and base station as recommended in the manual.
2/ There is no beep as I can’t get it to turn on
3/ I plug the camera in, the blue light flashes once then that’s it.
4/ I can’t access SN as it won’t turn on to connect. Number on bottom is T8113H1319360FCE
5/ Bought at Mitre 10 Beenleigh yesterday. Can you email me on account email address and I’ll send receipt and address.

Hi guys

I bought a brand new Eufy 2c w/ 4 cameras and a Homease from MightyApe.co.nz. Only 1cam is not working, same issue it won’t turn on. I did what the instruction manual said (charge, press the sync button) but still no power. Any suggestions to make it work?
