Brand new camera out of box, blue light won’t come on, press sync 5x, flashes once then nothing. Anyone had this before?

Please let us know:
- If you had tried charging the camera with a 5V/2A or 9V/2A USB charger and cable.
- If you can hear a beep when you press the sync button on the camera.
- If the LED light turns to red when you charge the camera.

1/ I’ve been charging with cable and base station as recommended in the manual.
2/ There is no beep as I can’t get it to turn on
3/ I plug the camera in, the blue light flashes once then that’s it.
4/ I can’t access SN as it won’t turn on to connect. Number on bottom is T8113H1319360FCE
