Email Issues continue (update of old thread)

Continuing the discussion from Help me to solve the problem with email:

This was not my post originally ^^, but I have noticed that I have stopped receiving emails on my main email account from Anker or any of their companies regarding the deals, giveaways, etc. that I used to receive all the time. The reason I say my main account is because I had to create another Anker community account with another email because something happened to this one and I needed a way to access this forum to resolve it. That being said, I still have the email address, but don’t use the Anker account, yet when I check that email, it has all the promotional emails from Anker, my settings are set to my main Email so I don’t know why it is happening, but since I don’t really use that other email I rarely check and end up missing out on most of the events here. Anyone else having a similar issue? The original thread is from 2018.
