We’ve had a eufy doorbell for a month and it had worked flawlessly. Then the other day it goes offline and we have a red ring indicating low power. Anyone have this happen and what the potential issue could be? Doorbell still activates chime, but no video or notifications.
Actually, I’m having the same issue. The doorbell was working great, and now it’s offline with the red light. I had an electrician do the install, and he verified the voltage was sufficient. I’ve tried flipping the breaker and leaving it off for 3 minutes minimum. I’ve tried tripping the GFCI outlet switch. Tried to do a factory reset, but I can’t get the doorbell to respond when I use the key to restart. It won’t ring the chimes or anything. I would love to know if anyone has a fix.
