Does anyone still use headphones socket on phone?

The only time I use wired headphones is when traveling. I invested in a great pair of noise-canceling headphones about 5 years ago, and they’re perfect with my iPad on a plane. Other than that, I haven’t used wired headphones for years.

I recently noticed that I had quite the collection of brand new Apple earbuds laying around, from having purchased i-devices over the years. So I posted them on my local Nexdoor.com community board and sold all seven pairs for $10 each.

If Anker ever comes out with traditional-style (earcup) BT, nose-canceling headphones, I will buy them in a heartbeat!

I’ve had a renewed interest with the LG V30 and its quad DAC. Sounds pretty fabulous with high quality audio and a high quality headset.

Yes, there is always some delay. Despite the sound via Bluetooth itself being incredible, wired is the best way to eliminate that inevitable delay issue.
