I’m not sure I understand what you are asking, micro usb cables are used for a number of devices from adroid phones to tablets and battery packs

I don’t understand what you are asking either. Especially as all iPads use a lightning connector and not micro USB

As @elmo41683 has mentioned the included micro USB cables with Anker products are for either charging the Anker device itself or for charging a micro USB supported device, such as older Android phones …if you are wanting to charge an iPad you will need to use a lightning cable…
