hope this finds you well.
I was looking for desktop phone charging units like the one you have on your website but I want it to have IoT feature in it that can send information from the unit to the cloud and I can access more information about phones that being charged and the number of hours, etc.
so is Anker able to provide me with this feature or if you can guide me to a solution I would be thankful.

Cool idea. First, you would need these power banks to identify itself (make, model, capacity, etc). Then your meter needs to be able to grab that info and then monitor usage. As is, you could build this meter https://hackaday.io/project/6938-internet-of-things-power-meter#j-discussions-title and grab energy usage. There are commercial smart power plugs that work with an App if you don’t want to build your own power meter.
