is it wise to charge the Anker powercore 2000 A1268 using the Anker PowerDrive Speed ​​2 Quick Charge - Car Charger? and why/why not?

There’s no chance of harm.

The possible downside is if the Powerdrive when not seeing a QC device defaults to 1A 5V rather than 2A 5V so slower charging. You’d be able to spot either with a USB meter or measure recharge time.
