I have been using my “Anker SoundBuds Slim Wireless Workout Headphones” for over a year with no issue.
Yesterday it turned off in the middle of my workout and it appears to be dead. it does not charge when I plug it in and no light comes on when I plug it in or push any combinations of buttons for any duration of time.
Is it dead and I need a new one or there is a way to restore it?
First things to do is try charging with couple different cables and wall charger to make sure those aren’t the issue. If light doesn’t come up when you try all that, then it’s probably just done so contact Anker at firstname.lastname@example.org if it’s under warranty and they’ll try some things out or exchange it.
I will send them an e-mail.
Take a look at the plugs and sockets and remove dust and debris.
Yesterday I plugged in an old USB-Stick, nothing happened.
I cleaned the plug -> perfect!

I got in contact with Anker support. We did dome troubleshooting, which was unsuccessful.
They sent me a replacement.
